1. Eligibility for Refund
- Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their service request at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Partial Refund: If the technician has been dispatched but the repair has not been initiated, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any service call fees.
- No Refund: Once the repair is completed, no refunds will be provided.
2. Refund for Unsatisfactory Service
- If the repaired appliance fails within the warranty period due to the same issue, we offer a free re-evaluation and repair.
- If our technicians are unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions
- No refunds will be provided for issues unrelated to our repair service.
- If the appliance has additional problems not disclosed during booking, extra charges may apply instead of a refund.
